Starting point
Many kitchens still keep their HACCP records on paper: lists on the cold-room door, scattered binders, missing signatures. When an inspector shows up, that turns into stress. On top of that, not everyone on the team reads German well, and checks have to happen between two orders.
Solution
MARLIN turns every check into a card: swipe right for OK, swipe left for a problem. Temperatures are entered on a number pad and checked right away against the limits of that specific appliance; when a value is off, the app asks for the corrective action. Staff switch users with a PIN, and every entry records time, person and appliance. Teams who prefer chat can log checks through a Telegram bot: an AI guides them through each step and, when it fails, falls back step by step to a mode with fixed buttons.
Outcome
The MVP is fully built: onboarding, dashboard, swipe checks, corrective actions, the Telegram bot and a PDF export for inspections. It ships with 20 predefined checkpoints based on the Austrian WKO standard and seven languages. In the database, each business is isolated from every other one through row-level security.
